About this bed and breakfast
Our studio guesthouse is located behind our primary residence in a tranquil and posh neighborhood, the Brookwood Estates. Our 500 sqft modern studio with aesthetic interiors comes with a fully functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances and is stocked with essentials to cook a full meal.
The studio is furnished with a comfortable day bed, a trundle bed (twin mattresses on each) and an in-wall stow-away king bed that easily sleep 4 adults. It is equipped with a smart TV (with YouTubeTV subscription - same as cable) and a chromecast, so you can cast any content straight from your mobile devices. It’s also equipped with a high speed Wi-Fi (50Mbps download and upload) that makes casting ultra-HD content on TV, logging in to work VPN, having video conference calls etc seamless. There is a cushy table and chairs which can be used for work as well as dining. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower combo, and a full-size washer/dryer for your laundry needs.
The patio has adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the serene setting amid big trees. You will have your own private outdoor space and we will have our own, your privacy is not disturbed unless you wish to talk to us.
Take an early morning or evening stroll through the neighborhood. Hillsboro 53rd Avenue Community Park and Hidden Creek Community center are located within couple of blocks from the studio. Stroll around Orenco Station, which has several restaurants, micro-breweries, pubs, coffee shops, boutique shops etc. Portland Metro train (MAX) station (Hawthorn Farm Station) is walkable from the house and can take you to PDX, Portland Downtown, Rose Quarter, Pioneer Square etc.

Beautiful place to stay and very quiet except for the planes which we didn't mind). Great location to travel anywhere! Property managers were quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. House was equipped with everything you might need. We would definitely stay here again!

Airy, comfortable room. Nice kitchen set up - we didn’t cook this trip, but it has everything you could want to make a meal. Host was friendly and responsive. Place is tucked away behind their house in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful landscaping around the guest house.
