Cozy 2-bed 1-bath private rooms on the top of the garage. The property is located less than 5 minutes from shopping, and 7-8 minutes from Downtown Placerville, CA food and entertainment areas. Your home away from home includes everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. Private rooms sleeps up to 4 guests.

Two bedrooms, both bedrooms has 1 queen beds and in living room with folding leather couch.

Other things to note
*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by the host. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you. Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets, or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee. Please contact me for details.

We last minute booked a couple of nights here. It’s a great little apartment above a big double garage. Owner lives in the home with his family and they were very quiet. The place was easy to find, marked parking spot and signs to take us in the right direction and right upstairs. Beautiful, clean and modern little place! Very happy with our stay. We never used the pool but the pool area looked very nice. I would stay again!
