Located on a quiet street in Alhambra. Newly renovated with all update furnitures & electrical appliances, brand new AC, full kitchen. Self check in. Only 1 block walk to Valley commercial st. many famous restaurants/bars shops etc. Safe residential neighborhood close to Pasadena & Rose bowl, 12mins to Downtown LA. 20 mins to Universal Studio 30 mins to Disney. 30 mins to LA Airport. We hire a professional cleaning team and over 300 5star G00GLE reviews. 4 blocks access to freeway.

Cute little apartment located off a main road which was nice. The living room was a little small for our family of 5. Just one couch that would fit 4 of us and the 5th person sat in a dining room chair. We chose it as we thought it would be a 20 min drive to Universal Studios as the listing states, but that’s not including traffic… it took us 45 min in the morning. Other than that, we had a small miscommunication regarding the second room- it requires a separate entry code, which I didn’t realize until we got there, and needed to communicate with the manager.
We were able to walk to a super popular shaved ice cream place nearby which was fun after our long drive from NorCal. Lots of other restaurants nearby too.

Place was nice, everything seemed pretty clean. The renters respond fast. What i enjoyed the most was come the day of, the renters just sent a large paragraph of everything you need to know. Would recommend.
