About this house rental
This property is minutes from HWY 75 with a 10-minute drive to the ARK Encounter. The Blue Stone 2 is centrally located between Lexington, KY, and Cincinnati, OH. Make yourself at home in our 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and dining area. This property also has an oversized livingroom area with a futon and a Murphy bed along with a gaming/fun table! Our Blue Stone #2 comfortably sleeps 4 as well as the extra space in the living room. This rental is the downstairs of a ranch house, with its own driveway and entrance. If additional guests will be with you please look at Blue Stone #1 as well (ID# 3396635)

This was our second stay at this location. It is our favorite place to stay and we will only stay here when in the area and recommend to any other friends staying in that area.

Was a very clean and tidy property for a short stay for my daughter and me. My only note would be there was one bath towel and one hand towel for the two of us.

This place is a basement. While the accommodations were clean, new and functional the noise from the upstairs renters was loud. A family arrived at 8pm our first night and we heard their conversations, the TV and most unhappily, the pounding of running feet. We think kids were running the length of the home and jumping on furniture. The second night, when the running started again, my husband said in a loud voice, “There are people down here!” That helped.
Also, the Ark Encounter is 20 minutes away - not 10 minutes as stated in the description. There is nothing to do in the immediate area unless you like shopping at Dollar General.
