About this apartment rental
A new, modern and immaculately presented ground floor apartment with private entrance, free parking and wifi. This 1 bedroomed property has been designed to accommodate a young family of 4 or four adults based (sharing the double bed and double sofa bed).
The space
With free on street parking, this ground floor apartment has a private entrance transporting you into a open plan living / kitchen / dining area. Make yourself at home, relax on the new addition to the apartment, the Jay-Be Retro luxurious 3 seater sofa bed. Not only is this sofa stylish and comfortable but also coverts into a super comfy sofa bed designed to sleep two. This sofa bed provides a superior level of comfort as the mattress is deep and coil sprung with a frame designed for everyday use for a comfortable nights sleep.
Watch tv and help yourself to free tea and coffee. If you have to work make use of the free wifi, the living area has a round, tulip style table with comfortable chairs to seat 4 people. The fully equipped modern kitchen provides you the opportunity to cook a meal, prepare a snack or you can order from a number of local, independent Lady Bay take aways. The apartment also has a free of charge washer/dryer.
The bedroom is modern, warm and inviting with an extremely comfortable double bed with storage available for your belongings. The roomy bathroom leads off the bedroom and has WC, basin, bath as well as an over shower.
Check out the prints which adorn the walls of the apartment. All prints are designed by our very own network of local artists that live in Lady Bay. Each year for one weekend Lady Bay artists open their doors to the community to exhibit and sell their work at the Lady Bay Art Trail.
Less than 10 minutes walking distance to the cricket ground and City football ground, this friendly location is ideal for a visit to sporting activities that take place close by.
Bus links direct to the train station and City and MotorPoint Arena can be found within a 2 minute walk. The bus is a 15 mini bus ride to the city and train station and takes approx 25 minutes to walk.
Ideally located for the National Water Sports Centre, 10 minute drive or beautiful 20 minute walk via the river Trent.
Lady Bay is family focused boasting lovely walks by the river and canal, 3 children’s parks, a skate park, a mini co-op supermarket, 2 pubs, a small wine bar and independent food outlets.

A great little property which is well equipped with everything you need. Three of us stayed and I slept on the sofa bed which was suprising very comfortable. The bed linen and towels were of a very good quality. Due to technical difficulties with the app I didnt recieve the automated communications but when I contacted the owners directly they responded quickly and the communications with them were brilliant. The front, fully glazed door, opens straight into the living area and although the door is frosted glass it needs a blind for privacy (especially when you are using the room as a bedroom). I will definately stay at this property again but will bring an eye mask for sleeping as the door and skylight allow alot of light into the room which is great during the day but awkward for sleeping.
