Experience top quality in a spacious 3 bed 1 bath apartment during your next visit to Chicago. We are located in West Ridge, on the far North side of Chicago. During the visit, guests have the entire apartment to themselves and feel at home with much space and privacy. The unit is best suited for couples, families with children, business travelers, and large groups up to 6-8 guests.
The space
This spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor and it features a large living room with a work area, a fully updated private kitchen, three bedrooms (2 queen-size beds and 1 full-size bed), and one bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, new appliances, an oven with a gas range, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine.
Guests will enjoy complimentary amenities such as Free WiFi, cable Smart HDTV with built-in applications (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu), and convenient self-check-in with the keypad.
Guest access
A guest has access to the entire 2nd unit apartment. Guests may also use the shared laundry area. Access information will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Please note, we do not allow parties/large gatherings of any kind.

* Each guest must be accounted for when booking your stay.
* No smoking, illegal drugs, loud noise, parties/large gatherings on premises at any time.
* The breaking of house rules will result in immediate ejection (NO EXCEPTIONS).

the living room furniture are different than the picture but not less quality or anything (has 2 couches and not as seen)our stay was nice, we were family of 5. in my opinion for more people there could be issues- the apartment itself is very spacious but the queen beds are not big and there are only 3 of them, and one bathroom which also has the toilet inside) Owner very nice and most of the time responded very fast.

This place was in a good location for our conference. The apartment was clean and nice overall. However, the host was not very responsive. He sent us a long message about rules and the importance of reading the welcome book and there was no welcome book and when I asked for it, I was ghosted by him. His response times were very slow in general.The Bathroom was kind of moldy, too, and there were no paper towels, tissues, or napkins to be found. When I messaged him about the check-out requirements, I did not hear anything back from him either.
