Enjoy entertainment on the smart TV and stay cool with central A/C. The second bedroom, perfect for children or friends, offers two cozy twin beds with the same thoughtful amenities. The bathroom is a sanctuary of modern elegance, featuring a combined shower and bathtub for a refreshing start or relaxing end to your day. Plush towels and hand soap are provided for your convenience.
You have 1 designated spot in front of the garage. The space is compact (see gallery), so if you're driving a large SUV, please let us know.
The spot is on a driveway, but part of it must stay clear for pedestrians — blocking it can lead to a ticket.
Also, if your car sticks out into the street, you might get ticketed.
RVs and trailers are not allowed to park on the street.
If you have an additional vehicle, street parking is available. Please check the posted signs, as some areas require a permit. To avoid receiving a ticket, only park in spots without permit restrictions.
To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file. Thank you for your cooperation.

As advertised; the home was nicely decorated, clean, and well maintained. Check-in didn't go smoothly; I had to send my credentials twice before getting the access code because my text wasn't received. I may have rated our stay a 5 except for the noise level. Our floors squeaked loudly, as did the floors above us and the people upstairs were loud and kept late hours. The walls are very thin, so we heard their child and many of their conversations, and had to listen to their TV late into the night. Not really within the owner's control, but it did dampen our exoerience a bit.
