About this cottage rental
Our villa is located on a beautiful river, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, One room is dedicated to children with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people.
It was completely renovated in 2014, inside and out. The swimming pool, jacuzzi (spa) and air conditioning are nine (December 2014) and are controlled remotely through your smartphone.
Close to 95 you can go to South beach very quickly. The living room is very large, it consists of two rooms and a large kitchen.
The neighborhood is very quiet. You can park up to 3 cars.

My stay at Peulven House in Plestin-les-Grèves was truly exceptional.
This spacious villa is impressively equipped and perfect for large groups of families or friends. The well-appointed kitchen and comfortable bedding made our stay a delight. For a German like me, discovering Miami and its sunshine was so great !
In a dream villa ! I could have passed all my week in the Jacuzzi and in the swimming pool if my wife didn't force me to visit and get away from the house that was really really well-equipped, modern !! A real pleasure for the eyes. Go for it you won't regret
