They had everything I needed towels, toiletries, etc. I didn’t have to go buy anything. The room was very clean, cozy, and welcoming.The staff was really nice and accommodating

Front desk staff friendly, corteous and helpful. Room clean and well equipped. Beach easily accessible. Check in and check out easy and simple. Complimentary coffee machine a plus. Overall nice and safe.

I was disappointed with our stay. We arrived very late—around 1 AM—after a 7-hour drive, only to find that the couch-bed my son was supposed to sleep on had no sheets, blankets, or bedding. If a couch is advertised as a bed, it should be made up. Unfortunately, we were too exhausted to deal with it, so he had to sleep on the travel blankets we brought with us.The blanket provided for the king bed was stained and barely more than a thin top sheet—completely inadequate for comfort or warmth.Another major issue: the listing advertised a washer and dryer in the unit. In reality, there was only a shared coin-operated machine on each floor, located next to the trash chute, and it looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1970s. No change machine either—something I wasn’t expecting to need on vacation. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I intentionally booked places that had laundry access for cleaning sandy clothes.Lastly, there were no basic cleaning tools in the unit—no broom, dustpan, mop, or vacuum. Sand is impossible to avoid at the beach, and there was no way to sweep or clean the floors ourselves.On a positive note, the location was convenient and the front desk staff were helpful when we had questions. Still, the lack of basic amenities and misleading listing details really affected our overall experience.
