The flat is lovely!! Really homely, everything you need, great location, really easy to communicate with the hosts and they were accommodating with check in and check out.
Nothing we didn’t like really.. the only reason for a slight mark down on the cleanliness was because we had to clean dust off a vent. Otherwise a lovely property!

The flat is in an ideal location for exploring Southbourne. It was light, airy and comfortable with everything I needed for a short break.
The water temperature was only slightly warmer than body heat, which meant a long soak in the bath was not really possible

Location to high street was perfect . The property was clean and had lots of personal touches . Lots of utensils in kitchen and extras . Communication with the owner was brilliant . Only stayed one night but was great for myself and my dad .

Nothing . Apartment was perfect for what we needed . Parking isn’t off street but that’s in details and there are plenty of side streets near by or 24hr ca park for few pounds near by .

The flat felt light and airy and good for a weekend away with friends. , There was a range of facilities although lots of personal effects around the place, which we were not sure we could use. A range of teas and coffee left available, and milk and procesco left in the fridge. All the people we met were very friendly and helpful, especially in the local shops and there were plenty of eateries near by.
Not sure where the pictures of the beach and area are from, but they were definitely not from the flat, as that had a view of other properties and roofs. There was insufficient bedding for the number of beds advertised. The duvets and pillows were of poor quality and falling apart, and stained. Although the kitchen was well equipped, there were no bedside tables or lights in the bedrooms, which was an issue in the second bedroom, which has no windows. This room is also very small, so when the other bed was pulled out, there wasn't room for any luggage in the room. We didn't realise that the flat was up two flights of stairs or that it was above a Sainsbury's local. We didn't enjoy the 5 am wake-up call we got when a delivery was made to Sainsbury's every day. Although parking was free as advertised, this was on the road, and available spaces were difficult to find. We ended up struggling to find a place to park near the flat every day, which caused anxiety for those of the party who struggled walking. If this had been made clear, we would not have booked the flat.
