The place is unique and probably not everyone will like it. We felt like we were at home. First floor had guest toilet, kitchen, living room and cabinet for working. Second floor featured 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and washing machine room. There was big balcony as well, but almost no sea view because of pine trees. Villa had small garden which looked forsaken, so we didn't spend time there. Own parking place, but a big car wasn't easy to drive in. It was 3 min walk to the beach; 5 min walk to the fruit point and supermarkets. To the city center about 15 min walk.

Excellent location. Old Town was a walkable distance. The house is very spacious with large bedrooms, a large living room, a separate dining room with large table, a kitchen and two bathrooms. There is also a separate laundry room. The dining room was excellent as a work station. There is also off street parking in the private garden. The beach is just a few steps away.
There is only air conditioning in the bedrooms and in one living room. It was rather noisy at night due to the beach bar nearby.

We loved our stay in this charming old villa!! The location is amazing and we ended up not using our car at all. There is a beach right under the house with a nice cafe for both morning coffee and evening drinks. City center, resturants, shops - everything is a short walk away. The villa itself had everything we needed and the hosts were very helpful. We really enjoyed out time in Split and we want to return as soon as possible.
