It was very good and practical for our family, 2 teenagers and ourselves ( 2 adults) . It was perfect for what we was looking for. Everything you need for very short stay. Location was good for our plans.
Our parking was taking by someone else, we did contact host, he advised us to park next to it and send evidence to him of vehicle on our space. We did that. We back really late and our space was still taking by someone else, but luckily we had one space free ,but it was nowhere near our space, its just gave us a bit if worries that we was taking someone else parking,and because it was really late, we understood that we have no choice and do the best option at that time.

The location was great, about 10 minutes drive from Warner Brothers Studios. There was also a shop, Chinese takeaway, and breakfast bap place within two minutes walk of the apartment. The car parking was secure and the apartment was nice and warm, comfy beds, and spacious rooms. The communication was great with getting the keys etc as well.
