Luxuriously decorated and top class facilities. Right in the heart of this lovely village, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

The Upper School House was an exceptional stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated (very recently), immaculately clean with every possible amenity needed for a weekend or much longer stay. The host Adrian met us at the gate and instructed on how to enter the property, he then showed us indoors and around the apartment. High vaulted ceilings, huge open plan kitchen/lounge/dining and two well appointed bedrooms, both ensuite. All with wonderful underfloor heating. I would definitely stay again. Also, location was excellent for exploring Dartmoor.
Locating the property, was tricky as I was looking for Upper School House, but the property is signposted Ashburton Luxury Lets. A quick call to the host enabled us to find them quickly, so not too much of a problem.

Wow! What a gorgeous property, immaculately clean, comfy and it had everything you could need! Adrian was so friendly and helpful with recommendations for the area - we felt grateful to have found such a beautiful home!
