Apartment was very spacious.
It was very clean and had good air-conditioning, fans, kettle and everything else we needed.
The owners let us have an early check in which was much appreciated.
It's very close to 2 metro stations, a huge Carrefour supermarket, the excellent Bioparc, a bus stop, a pick up spot for the open top tour bus and lovely parks. There is also a small grocery shop directly underneath that was perfect for bread and drinks etc.
The 'third bedroom' was actually just an area off living room with a fold up bed and didn't even have a curtain to close it off so I wouldn't call it a 3 bedroom.
I also thought from the description that there was a patio but there wasn't, just a shared courtyard downstairs but no seating.

Very clean and comfortable, had lots of utensils and interesting books. Fine location next to Nou d'Octubre metro, still a bit far from the city but supermarkets were close by.
The bathroom door locked itself so we had no access to it for an evening, host didnt respond but luckily we were able to get it open the next morning. Would have been potentially a very stressful situation though.
Not all hobs in the kitchen worked well, the TV didn't work and the window shades didn't go down all the way.
Should be noted that the 3rd bedroom is actually not a separate room, just separated with a curtain from the lounge.

there was a supermarket and the metro right outside the apartment.
we had to pay attention at the air conditioning that did not work properly.
