Très bien placé, quartier calme avec tout ce qu’il faut, proche du métro, de la boulangerie, des supérettes, etc. Personnel très gentil et très à l’écoute pour nos questions. Très bonne réactivité quand je leur écris sur Booking. Le guide des instructions est plutôt complet avec toutes les informations dont on pourrait avoir besoin, par exemple comment mettre en marche le lave-vaisselle.
L’eau du lavabo dans la salle de bain n’était pas chaude, seulement tiède au plus. Le guide des instructions ne pouvait pas être entièrement mis en français (était en allemand). Mais ce n’est pas bien grave. On s’en est bien sorti quand même.

The apartment was clean and fully serviced with cooking facilities and washing machine, etc and it was very central. The management team contacted us by text/whattsapp to make sure we had their contact details in case we neededthem.

Emplacement proche du métro
Les données d'accès à l'appartement étaient erronées. Il a fallu passer 30 mn en ligne avec l'assistance qui a été d'une patience absolue. Merci à elle.
Nous lui avons demandé de faire corriger ces éléments afin que les prochains visiteurs ne rencontrent pas les mêmes difficultés.
2 salles de bain étaient dans le descriptif. Il n'y en avait qu'une. Etant en déplacement avec un collègue je n'aurais pas choisi ce logement si il avait été indiqué qu'il n'y avait qu'une seule salle de bains.
Volet d'une des chambres bloqué en position fermée.
