I loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Everything was very comfortable. The staff put a lot of effort into being hospitable and helpful. We booked the room with the onsen (spa) overlooking the rice fields and I have to say BOOK THIS ROOM!! It was amazing and I will definitely be returning.
Had to drive a bit to get to the main Ubud city centre. But it wasn’t a big deal because that gave us an excuse to hire a scooter.

The hotel was exceptional. We loved the service, the location. We stayed at a rooftop villa and it was so spacious comfortable and we loved the private pool.

I liked the staff and the breakfast.
My room was really damp/ humid. When I walked in, you could smell it. The room had a dehumidifier. Every 4 to 5 hours it was full of water, so had to get the water out. So this also happened in the middle of the night. I thought for a 5 star hotel, this wasn’t the experience I expected. For this money you don’t sell humid rooms.
