Ho apprezzato moltissimo la disponibilità dello staff: sempre attento e pronto ad accogliere ogni mia richiesta con grande cortesia e professionalità. Ogni esigenza che ho espresso è stata ascoltata e soddisfatta senza alcuna difficoltà, dimostrando una sincera attenzione verso il cliente. Davvero un servizio impeccabile che trasmette fiducia e rispetto.
L’unico aspetto che non mi ha convinto è stato il comfort legato alla temperatura della camera: purtroppo non era regolata al meglio e questo ha inciso sulla qualità del soggiorno. Con un miglioramento su questo punto, l’esperienza sarebbe davvero completa.
