- Lovely property centrally located on a quiet street.
- Easy parking available near or outside property.
- Nice balcony with plenty of afternoon light.
- All facilities listed were available and information provided in folder was very useful.
- Host was very responsive to emails.
Very little, although three key areas:
-Water pressure in the shower was low and flushing the lavatory or using the sink at night causes a loud electrical noise in the cupboard of the main bedroom waking up occupants.
- Bed was very soft and squishy.
- Lounge/Kitchen needed a good clean as there were dried drip marks down the kitchen cabinet and fluff under the sofa.

Good fridge and kitchen. Bathroom clean and general flat clean.
Some furnishings seemed a little cheap or worn, like the curtains and bed linen. No frills place. Balcony was nice but needed a good clean and sweep.
