Wenn man im Wohnzimmer und auf der Terrasse ist, ist man von der wunderschönen Aussicht überwältigt... Die Wohnung hat einen grosszügigen Grundriss mit drei Schlafzimmern und ist sehr sauber. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuss ist man am Meer und in der Altstadt. Das sind die positiven Eigenschaften dieser Wohnung....
nur wenn man duschen möchte, dann braucht es Geduld bis am Ende ein "kleiner warmer Wasserstrahl" kommt... sehr unangenehm... In einem der drei Schlafzimmer sind die Tapeten leider nicht mehr ganz " fest an der Wand"...somit optisch nicht schön... Das Kochgeschirr könnte eine Auffrischung gebrauchen... die vorhandene Abwaschmaschine ist schon gar nicht in Betrieb genommen.....

Vista spettacolare!!! Appartamento-attico ultimo piano !! 3camere spaziose,tv,arredamento datato,ma se il genere piace come a noi,devo dire ricco di fascino e storia!!non mancava nulla dalla cucina ….a tt quello che può servire x colazione-pranzo e cena!!!
Per me che sono Friulana,(quindi che mi piacciono le cose vissute)posto confortevole ,pulito e pratico !!!

Posizione eccellente, dall' appartamento ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi . Molto comodo il garage utilizzabile . Casa molto tranquilla , curata . Una Vista meravigliosa . Tutto perfetto :)
Servirebbero per periodi di permanenza lunghi un po' piu' di utensili in cucina e posate.
