It was a convenient location for us meeting as a group of friends - a short taxi/uber trip into the centre of Guildford (just 10 minutes or so) and it was close to a big supermarket, which we used a couple of times. Big sized bathroom, which was handy for 5 girls getting ready on a night out! Comfortable double beds (x 2) - apartment was clean
We booked for 5 people and there were two double beds (sleeping 4) and a sofa, which could also be used as the 5th bed so someone got the short straw. It was okay though. One thing to be improved - there were 5 of us and there weren't enough seats in the sitting room for us to sit and relax so more chairs/sofa space would be much appreciated. The kitchen was small but fine for what we needed. Shower pressure was poor but we had hot water and the rest of the house was warm and comfortable.
