Feriendorf Murau by ALPS RESORTS

Nem volt szappan és tusfürdő, de ez apróság. Emeletes ágyas szoba kissé kényelmetlen volt, minden mással meg voltunk elégedve!

Az apartman nagyon szép, kényelmes és tiszta volt. Gyönyörű helyen volt és a szauna és jacuzzi jól feldobta a pihenésünket.

A szállást pályaszállásnak gondoltam egy hasonló nevű szálláshely miatt, ráadásul a recepció a pálya mellett volt, de a szállás 5 km-el arrébb. Így nagyon csalódott voltam, mert pályaszállásnak tűnt, de minden nap autózni kellett a sílécekkel. A jacuzzi nemvolt felfűtve, így bő 24h kellett, hogy használni tudjuk, vagyis a 3 napból 1 eltelt használat nélkül. A kiégett lámpákat a gondnok 2 nappal jelzésünket követően cserélte ki, addig egyes helyiségekben nem volt megfelelő világítás.

House was spacious, we were 7 adults and it was suitable for us. Easily reachable, not far from Murau itself, beautiful surrounding environment with nature. Kitchen was well equipped, big fridge and many kitchen tools. The hot tub was a nice addition. Communication with Feriendorf was okay, they forgot to send checkin info beforehand but called on checkin day and were very flexible with us arriving a bit late in the afternoon.

The pictures don’t really match the reality, the furniture was a bit dated and kitchen could have been cleaner. There was not enough packing space in the rooms and pillows were too soft. The airing was not perfect, when the windows were closed, the house got too warm very soon. The infrared sauna wasn’t working the best, and was in the upstairs bathroom, far away from the hot tub which was not convenient this way. There was a construction site nearby, but as we were there only for a weekend, no works were done during our stay and we were also informed by Feriendorf beforehand. The chalets are quite tight to each other, so there is not much private space.
