Compact, professionally set up and very clean apartment with all the facilities you need.
Our apartment did not have a balcony but a sitting area on the gallery which was annoying as neighbors had to pass every time. The view was also much less and not like in the photos. That was certainly disappointing. Due to there was also not a lot of privacy. At the time of our stay there were noisy guests
FYI: There are only 2 apartments with the nice view on the 1st and 2nd (best view) floor at the back. The others have village or neighbouring houses view, less nice and there are not incl in the room pictures on booking.com.
