We stayed in Honeysuckle cottage.. The space for a group is fabulous, open plan kitchen and dining area was great for cooking and socialising. The huge living room was great for us all being together. The hot is huge and a lovely addition.
It’s a little tired and could do with some TLC, doesn’t spoil the stay, it has so much potential.

It was a return visit so we knew what we were going to. Some of the rooms have had a bit of a "glow up" as my young nephew said, and looked very fresh
Could do with an electric car charging point.

Good location , near bus stop to get into bridlington . Good size bedrooms
Not very clean , found dirty socks and cushions under sofa . Rules all around the house to follow but yet the house next door also owned by the same owners had us up untill 3,30 am playing loud music and partying and we couldn't get hold of the owners to sort out the problem. Cameras over both doors and near the hot tub felt like we was on big brother constantly being watched.
