This house offers you the design of bricks, cozy furniture and homey decorations. Here you come to a place to feel good and enjoy. For In the interior, the main thing that awaits you is spaciousness and comfort that runs throughout the house. On the one hand, you have an open private garden and a winter garden. The latter invites you to linger in any season. There you can comfortably use the daylight atmosphere to read the novel you brought with you or enjoy delicious meals together with the family.
In about 1.3 km you can reach the child-friendly Kollund beach, with shallow water and sandy beach, where you can take a good stroll or enjoy the wide view of the Flensburg Fjord.
Interesting excursion destinations are nearby: because Flensburg and Sønderborg are within reach. You can also go for a hike or a mountain bike tour on the Gendarmstien trail. The popular hiking trail "Gendarmstien" of 84 km passes directly by the house. This coastal hiking route is divided into five stages: the mountain stage, the brick stage, the power stage, the beach stage and the mill stage. Each stage winds along the shores of the fjord, offering a varied and sometimes hilly landscape. Along the trail, you will have ample opportunity to see rare plants and animals, as well as many interesting biotopes and landscapes ranging from orchids, frogs and birds to tunnel valleys, cliffs and stone reefs. At the same time you can explore the history and the many myths and legends related to the Gendarme Trail and the Borderland.
