The living areas are located on the second floor, which is accessed by an external staircase with wooden beams and light colors,. Each of the 3 beautiful bedrooms has its own bathroom, one of which has a bathtub and 2 separate toilets. You will enjoy a large panoramic terrace overlooking the magnificent land planted with fruit trees in the heart of the lavender fields and vineyards of the owners. The house, terraced from the back and therefore without neighbor, benefits from a magnificent private and totally secure swimming pool with a covered terrace. It is perfect for sunbathing and offers a beautiful view of the neighboring vineyards. Just 6 km from the town of Valréas, an important city of the Papal States that has preserved a rich heritage from its past, lies the beautiful Drôme Provençale region on the border with Provence. The nearby wine road leads to Mont Ventoux. On the first floor there is a large garage with a table tennis table and bicycles at your disposal to explore this magnificent region.
