Along the burial mound road, with its barrows and burial mounds, you will find evidence of the Stone Age and Bronze Age, the remains of a forest village in Ulkerup that was abandoned 300 years ago, the Hempel Glass Museum and, in the Odsherred Museum, a copy of the sun chariot found in the Trundholm Mose bog. You can also see the Lommesten erratic boulder and Næsholm Borg Castle, which stands on a small island in Nygård Sø between Højby and Nykøbing Sj.
