Great little place in a central location. Nice piazza right behind the door. Small kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle and a fridge. A really nice bathroom. Everything you need for a couple of days. Good contact with the hostess. Easy check-in and check-out.
The only thing that was a bit annoying was the close proximity of restaurants with really loud singing even after 11 pm. It had its charm at the beginning but after a few days it started to be tiring - especially for someone who needed more sleep.

Divano-letto non molto comodo e la presenza di rumori: esterni (la piazzetta è molto popolata e vivace) ed interni (interferenze elettroniche del router)

It is central to the historic old town.
The building is under construction with scaffolding and green netting obscuring the building and courtyard. Work begins at 7am. This properties main feature is it's atmosphere, which is extremely impacted by this work. The property manager would rather unhappy guests than revenue loss so I am disclosing what they will not. Photos are the view from the unit and the way the building looks currently.
