Zentrale Lage in Spoleto, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, incl. der vielen Wanderwege rund um Spoleto. Assisi, Trevi, Norcia, etc sind mit Auto gut zu erreichen. Supermärkte sind über die Rolltreppen zum Parkhaus Posterna zu erreichen. Ein Alimentari ist in fußläufiger Entfernung. Wasser, Duschen, Heizung funktionieren gut.
Die Wohnung ist funktionabel, aber wie in einer solchen Altstadt üblich, dunkel, ohne Ausblicke in Landschaft, Himmel oder über die Dächer. Die Betten sind nicht richtig gemütlich, zu dünne Laken, keine dicken Bettdecken. Ich hatte zum Glück einen Schlafsack mit. Wenn es draußen dunkel wird, ist es unten im Wohnzimmer am gemütlichsten.
Die Geräusche in der Nacht aus den umliegenden Wohnungen muss man akzeptieren.
Das inkludierte Frühstück konnte in einem Cafe um die Ecke eingenommen werden. Es gab dort Kaffee und ein Croissant. Meine Freunde haben es, nachdem der Besitzer es am zweiten Tag angeboten hat, genutzt, ich selbst habe mein Frühstück in der Wohnung zubereitet.

Molto buona la posizione.
Bella la struttura e disposizione degli spazi. Apprezzato il salottino al piano superiore e il doppio bagno.
La seconda camera con letto alla francese è difficile da destinare a 2 adulti. Suggerirei un matrimoniale o l’aggiunta di un divano letto. Le stoviglie non erano pulitissime

Tutto! L’appartamento è davvero bellissimo, accogliente, ben arredato, pulito, spazioso e soprattutto caldo. Abbiamo passato qui tre giorni con un’altra coppia di amici per festeggiare il Capodanno a Spoleto e siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti dell’alloggio! Il proprietario, persona squisita, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. La colazione è compresa ad un bar a pochi passi, ma essendo chiuso per il 1º dell’anno ci ha fatto trovare in casa latte, biscotti, ecc. garantendoci comunque la colazione. A pochissimi passi ci sono diversi parcheggi a pagamento oppure a 500 metri c.ca ci sono dei parcheggi gratuiti e spaziosi. Il Duomo o la Rocca sono raggiungibili a 5/10 min a piedi ed è tutto perfettamente a portata di mano! Consigliamo decisamente di soggiornare qui ♥️
