The apartment was clean,spatious,and had everything we needed for our stay.It is located in a quiet place of Premantura and within the walking distance from the center.The view from the balcony is super and we enjoyed our morning coffee there.
All in all,we loved our stay and we would recommend it if you want to explore the area.
The host is helpful and responsive and we want to thank him for the information that he provided.
Just a tip- to maybe place a parasol on the balcony as the sun can be quite strong

Absolutely recommended!! Spotlessly clean apartment, kitchen very well equipped. Friendly owners.
I loved that the house is in a dead end street so it was perfectly quiet at night, and yet still close to restaurant, bakery, shop and beach.
For us the mattresses were too soft but that is just our preference.
I specially loved the balcony where you can have your wake up coffee in the warm morning sun.
Huge plus point for the helpful way of communication of the owners!
There is only one AC in the living room, and not so well positioned (it only cools the living/dining/kitchen area). Fans helped a bit to make some cool air get to the bedrooms but then the doors had to stay open so we had to choose between intimacy or cool air (we travelled with two teenagers).

Die Vermieter waren zuvorkommend und kleine Fragen wurden sofort sehr freundlich beantwortet. Es war alles vorhanden und vorbereitet, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Gerne wieder!!!!! 😃 Wir können nur Danke sagen!!!

Große geräumige Wohnung, perfekt mit 11 und 14 jährigen Kindern , da jeder sein eigenes Zimmer hatte. Die wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon
Etwas mehr Ablageflächen, Regale etc. wären gut. Klimaanlage reicht nur für den Ess-Wohnbereich, hier könnte ein Standventilator Abhilfe für die hinteren Räume schaffen .
