SUNNY PRESTATYN APARTMENT

Spacious, well-equipped kitchen (though no coffee or tea provided), comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a parking space.

The apartment wasn't very clean, with dust and cobwebs in the corners of the rooms. The utensils and pots had not been cleaned properly - we had to rewash all the cutlery and avoided using the pots entirely because they were dirty and scratched. The TV only had basic channels and a DVD player, with no access to streaming services.

Comfortable, nicely laid out.

The heating worked however there was a very loud noise when it was on.

Went to see dad for a few days who only live across the road, perfect location for our visit, beds are very comfy,

The apartment was quiet and had easy access to parking. The host was very pleasant and allowed us to check a little early.

The standard of cleaning was very poor. Rubbish left on top of upper kitchen cupboards, under cooker and under beds very dirty. Cobwebs on the ceilings. The insides of the windows had not been cleaned. The walls were scuffed and marked. The kitchen counter tops were laminate and needed replacing. We noticed on previous reviews that the bathroom door lock needs repairing, this has not been attended to. Little things like kitchen cleaning cloth and sponge were already used, The wifi code was not shown although there was a plaque on the wall saying ¨WiFi"There were only two dining chairs for four people. The clock in the lounge had stopped and needed a new battery. The second bedroom was very small with the double bed pressed against the wall.
