The room was located on the second floor with its own terrace and a private entrance via a spiral staircase. The entrance area felt truly magical, like a portal to a parallel world — I’ve never seen anything quite like it. My room was the only one on that floor, so it felt very private. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderful (those incense sticks were a great touch).
The interior is designed in a minimalist style, which I personally love, and it looked very sleek and stylish. Honestly, the room looks much better in person than in the photos!
The highlights for me were the quiet air conditioning and the floor-to-ceiling panoramic doors, which come with both curtains and insect screens. The hotel’s inner garden is incredibly cozy and lush, filled with trees — they even have two mango trees!
Breakfast is a light snack, but it was more than enough for me. The acai bowls were absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!
The parking is outside, but as I understand it, that’s the case for almost all hotels here. I arrived on a motorcycle and left it on the street — it felt perfectly safe.

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect, the room was everything we needed and the staff were very friendly. Lily who was running the place was absolutely lovely and was very accomodating for our needs. She also makes a wonderful coffee! The garden is a beautiful and peaceful area that is well maintained. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

The location is a good just one street after the main road in punta zicatela where all the restaurants/bars are. also really near and conveniently located for the beach side of things. The male host was always appreciative of the business. There is a coffee with some food in the front door that i didnt use but i think its ok. The room is big enough and it has dishes, cutlerry, ac, ceiling ventilator and a tv flat/minifridge/coffe machine (last 3 i didnt use)
It was a last minute reservation at the end of the year (you get... whatever you get), but for the price i was expecting:
to have a clean matress, sheets/towel to be changed each 2 days, toilet paper for the ammount of stay.... Sound is to be heard from the business around so if you are an early sleeper take that into account/use earplugs. First day I had a situation where i was cleaning the room and the sheets got stucked in the fan so they got dirty, no ripped or anything, an the lady host begrudgingly was giving me new sheets, and that she needed to inspect them in order to check that they didnt get damaged... As i were removing the sheets, thats when i found the really poor state of a massively stained matress... after that akward interchange i got out of water the first of january, fortunately they were able to solve it, but i needed to take a shower in another room that didnt have a door in the shower... i mean after that i didnt even ask for toilet paper as i feel that i might be even kicked out for being so brave, so i just tried to make the best of my experience in the town. I feel that they are starting the business... but if they want to be in the hospitaly business. they should be... hospitable. I wish them luck to improve their business as they are in a really good spot.
