The apartment is well located but I feel it does not worth the price. It is dirty, some staffs are broken such as the light in the shower and the door knock. Instead of just collecting I think the owner should consider fixing some staffs and revamp to bring it to a modern standard. They should also get rid of the tiny outdated TV. The bedroom could use a better more comfortable bet and some new pillows and sheets. The pick used as an advertisement does not match the apartment and I feel like I could have gotten something better in the same price range.

Our stay at Cape Eazi Stayz Mutual Heights (June 26–July 1) was a nightmare from start to finish. Check-in was chaotic—despite giving notice, we waited over an hour for access, then had staff wandering in and out for two more hours to “prepare” the unit. There was no WiFi the entire stay, despite empty promises it would be fixed. During a dinner, the electricity ran out; the host argued instead of helping, leaving us in candlelight until she finally topped up the meter. No cleaning service or supplies were provided, and none of this was communicated. Worst of all, after checkout we accidentally left belongings worth over R10,000 and mistakenly took the keys. Even after promptly returning the keys, the host refused to return our items and threatened us with police. Rude, unprofessional, and dishonest—avoid this property at all costs.
