The unit is self contained on the second floor of a 3 story building. Ample Parking. No elevator. Easy access for all parties staying as no keys required. A really high bed, so if mobility is an issue, this might not be the place for you, but a really comfortable mattress and dark in the mornings for a good sleep in. Quite, no traffic noise. The balcony was pleasant to sit on and watch the boats. Close to the Nashville Sounds Baseball Park and a benefit of fireworks on home game nights. A bit of a walk to Broadway, but definitely walkable. Plenty of kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. Perfect for a week or so stay.
The code access for the door handover, but that was just a little communication issue. otherwise everything else was fine.
You could hear the people upsatirs, but then the people on the bottom could probably hear us also.

Excellent location to downtown. Wildlife outside the balcony amazing... The Racoon is funny. Safe area close to everything we needed.
We couldn't get the oven to work but we ate out mostly. Nothing to complain about.

There is no manager on site, but the manager is easily reachable by phone. We needed help getting into the gym facility and the pool. He was very helpful. It’s a lovely relaxing place on the river and beautifully appointed unit. Top notch.
Location is lacking infrastructure - riverside area is under redevelopment.
