The property was clean, family-friendly, and the staff were simply amazing. It was also in an ideal location, close to shops and all the basic necessities.

We had an amazing stay. Excellent location. Modern, clean and comfortable. Service was great, they cleaned the house every day. Just take into consideration that the fourth room is a bit smaller than the rest (this did not bother us). We will definitely repeat!

Beautiful villa, each room with their own lovely full bathroom.
Being charged $5aud for an accidentally broken glass.
Not having a second living room/ space.

The location is amazing. Coffee shops a short walk away
The pool is lovely
1. Their sofa is broken, the back keeps falling off and has to be refixed. It can really hurt someone, happened 4x in 1 day
2. Not a single person texted to say, what time will you arrive, emergency contact., about the villa. I found a contact from a previous stay and texted when we lost all electricity (it tripped)
3. Overall feels like a worn out place, I have stayed here before and it needs some refurbishment.
4. After we left they were prompt to text and ask for $ for a towel replacement and a broken umbrella (we didnt break)
