L'emplacement central, en bordure de l'Eure, calme sinon des locataires peu respectueux et bruyants le soir... mais cela doit être exceptionnel !!! Nous avons apprécié ce duplex adorable bien éclairé. ... On s'est promis d'y retourner !!!
Les locataires bruyants, pas de tasses à café et peu de matériel pour le petit déj... mais nous en avions. Peut-être un sèche-cheveux mural fixé.

La décoration du duplex était très jolie et l’emplacement idéal. Le fait d’avoir un parking extérieur était vraiment un plus.

La situation géographique du logement, au coeur de la vieille ville. Le logement est fonctionnel, parfait pour un séjour court comme nous avons pu le faire. Le quartier était très calme aussi lorsque nous y avons séjourné.
Je vais plutôt citer des points de vigilance : l'escalier pour accéder au logement depuis la rue est un peu raide et étroit, il ne conviendra pas aux personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer. Egalement, rien de grave là encore, mais une voiture de plus de 4m70 de long aura un bout qui dépasse sur la voie de circulation au niveau du stationnement proposé.
