Size, value, cleanliness, parking, convenience, checking in process. It has quite a big garden with nice views across the town. Nice spot for breakfast when the sun shines, see photo. The parking really is excellent. Very short walk from the supermarket, garage and not far from the town centre.
Nothing of note, maybe some English channels on the tv, but that isn’t why I came here!
