Spacious room for our family of three with complete amenities for staying overnights. You can cook on your own and doing laundry with washer dryer provided. The staff are also easy to communicate via call and messages.
Narrow pathway to enter the house. It would be challenging if you bring big luggage or many stuff. The door at the front need extra effort to lock and it would be dark at night.

It was really close to the train to get into London or wherever.
The room is quite spacious, and they had a washing machine and dryer, which is sometimes hard to find on a long trip.
Having a carpark was useful, especially when you see how many cars are parked in the street.
Close to lots of shops as well.
The accommodation is at the back of the property behind the main house, the path from the carpark is very narrow, which was a bit tricky with a lot of luggage. It was fine otherwise.

Privacy and security as the gate was able to be locked. Clean and comfortable and the smokers loved being able to walk straight out the door into the garden.
Lights in the lamps didn't work. Tried to use the hob turned on but couldn't get the elements to turn on, looked for a manual and there was a manual for everything but the hob.

It was only 10 mins to Elizabeth line and had a Sainsburys very close by.
It was clean. The beds were very comfortable and a good size with a garden to use.
Would have liked a curtain or blind on the window above the bed and would prefer a proper oven. The kettle lid didn’t lock down and didn’t auto switch off so needs a new kettle, I told the owner so hopefully replaced.
The door lock was tricky to lock/unlock and didn’t feel very secure, but did have the lock gate to back up security.
The bathroom has a serious damp/mould problem and the wall and ceiling was constantly wet. The fan needed cleaned to help ventilation. The smell from the damp/mould hits you soon as you walk in and is awful. The water is difficult to regulate and was scolding hot or cold. I have told the owner of the damp and lock so hopefully they will sort it asap. If the damp and lock is fixed it would be a good place to stay
