Check in went very smoothly. We arrived late at night and were so thankful everything worked to get into the house like it was supposed to. Everything was clean and kitchen had plenty of items to use for cooking.

We are a three generation family who gathered for a 3 day weekend on the coast. The house was new--and there was lots of ongoing construction of other new houses on the block. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, large, and had nice major appliances. But no coffee was provided for our first day's stay, there was only one oven mitt and no hot pads, there were only two dish cloths and one sponge for cleanup. There was no hand soap in the kitchen, and only a single small bar of soap in three of the four bedrooms (the other had two bars). Company policy (we asked) is for only one bath towel per guest. There was an arcade machine and a ping pong table on the lower floor, but there were no other games or toys for children except a single 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle. Our biggest complaint, however, was the beds. The bunk bed mattresses were reasonable, but the rest of the beds were very hard, lumpy, and uncomfortable. I like a firm mattress, but these were beyond firm. All the adults in our party complained about the beds, and slept poorly because of them. I'm surprised that the property managers, a large corporation, haven't prioritized their beds more. I would have also appreciated having a luggage stand for each bedroom or else a dresser, having hooks on the bedroom doors for towels or bathrobes, and having a drying rack in the laundry room for swim suits and towels.We had a view of the ocean from the living room, and enjoyed the gas fireplace the first night.
