About this house rental

Secluded seven acre property nestled along a wooded ridge line. This stylish and spacious home has a sweeping view of California wilderness. 5 minutes from historic Downtown Nevada City, 10 minutes from the gorgeous 49 Yuba River crossing, and just one hour from Tahoe. The property has decks over rolling lawns, looping trails, a large open kitchen and dining room, outdoor grilling patios, and a playhouse and swings for lil ones.
