About this house rental
(April special from $349) We are allowing our customers to use our 2010 g3 suncatcher 22’ pontoon boat with fish finder and 115hp 4stroke Yamaha from dawn to dusk with every rental minimum length must be 3 days on weekends and 2 nights during the week.Must be 25 or older. The home is a beautiful 2007 stucco home with vaulted ceilings in every room! Smart tv’s in all bedrooms,Living room and Den. Lake escape also has a brand new hot tub,bbq,and all new bedding including mattress’s. Ice cold AC the garage has been converted to a game room/ hangout area with karaoke,foose ball,darts and other outdoor games and balls. Board games and puzzles also. There is sleeping for 10/8 in beds and 2 on separate couches in living room and den. There is 9 recliners at lake escape so everyone can kick back and relax! Pets are welcome with $50 per pet fee and there is a nice fenced back yard for them. Message me with any and all questions if needed. We have another listing as well bu it is 95% booked already for the entire summer…We love to give an Extra experience at our rentals for an Extra good time! H20 bar and grill is walking distance with live music pool tables,darts,baggo,ring toss,shuffle board and food. It is all ages until 9pm. Rent for 6 days get one free! We had an excellent weekend at the house! The owner was very nice and extremely responsive to any questions we had. The house layout was great for our group. Having the use of the boat was the best….we went all over the lake!! I highly suggest boating over to Fisherman’s Wharf for dinner! Perfect location to everything! We would love to come back!!!
