About this house rental
Spacious property great for large gatherings or multiple families staying together (sleeps 21) located on highly desireable Mile Marker 13. Lake views for three bedrooms - two main floor bedrooms, one being the master, w master bath and 1/2 bath - laundry on main floor. Basement bedroom w king bed, basement bedroom 2 w futon - great for a couple littles to sleep - bunk room w 3 bunks and a loft great for kids. Traeger grill available for grilling or smoking your favorite meals, blackout shades in all bedrooms, plenty of parking space, pickleball (paddles and balls not provided) and park amenities available. Dock available for swimming (lily pad available), fishing and tying your boat or jet ski to the side of (overnight allowed). Public boat ramp a mile away. Trailer parking allowed across street. Boat and jet ski rentals a mile away as well as a gas dock, and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Bars/restaurants and entertainment close by boat and/or land are: Lakehouse 13, Frankie & Louies, Tap & Grill, Shady Gators, Horny Toads, Dock Knockers, 1932 Reserve, Backwater Jacks, Red Heads, Dog Days, Bagnell Dam, Paradise Bar & Grill, JB Hooks, Baxsters - just to name a few!

Great location, lots of room, beautiful view
Drive way is scary. The home wasn’t to clean, dirty dishes in cabinet, dirty silverware. We had to wash everything before use. Couldn’t use keurig because of mold and build up in reservoir. Linens are old and ragged, dining chairs are peeling off. But we made the best of all and had a great time.
Owner was very nice and helpful. Home just needs a deep clean!
