About this house rental
Welcome to Amber House @ Brasada Ranch. A stylish, high-desert home uniquely designed for modern entertaining. It offers a large, open concept with great room, dining, and luxury gourmet kitchen as the heart of the home. Laid out for privacy and relaxation all bedrooms offer a private bath, coffee station, and designer decor. The home also includes two additional bonus entertainment rooms, a private courtyard w/fire pit, bunk room, and a bridal party get ready area. Welcome to your perfect group retreat!
Amber House is located within the gated community of Brasada Ranch overlooking the 10th fairway. Guest will have access to the entire resort but please note that there is a mandatory resort fee to give you access to the facilities and amenities (Athletic Club and pools). This fee will be charged separately.
Brasada registration form will be required to fill out and submitted at least 72 hours prior to check in.
Resort Fees for adults and children ages 6+:
Resort amenities: guest will have access to the entire resort but please note that there is a mandatory resort fee which is charged separately.
Resort Fees for adults and children ages 6+:
Jan 1 - May 12 is $36 per guest / per night
May 13 - Sept 30 is $68 per guest / per night
Oct 1 - Dec 31 is $40 per guest / per night
This gives you access to the Athletic Center with fitness center, workout classes, game room, Sundance Pool (with slide) and hot tubs, adult-only pool, pickle ball, tennis, and many hiking and biking trails around the ranch.
Golf tee times, spa services, bike rentals, and equestrian activities are also available and can be booked for a separate fee.
Golf tee times can be booked starting 21 days before your arrival.
On site parking accommodates 4 standard size vehicles, tandem, in the driveway. Additional vehicles can be parked at the resort facility parking lot. No street parking allowed in the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at Amber House, from start to finish. The communication about the rental was very organized, and the owner was very responsive. The entire interaction was a positive one.The house itself was amazing. The modern decor was top-notch, which was greatly appreciated by the guests. We loved the set up of house in that there were multiple comfortable areas for people to congregate, and the kids of our party loved having their own space upstairs with bunk beds and an entertainement space. I am thankful that we were there long enough to enjoy every aspect of the house, from the well-stocked kitchen (with beautiful appliances), the sitting areas with garage doors and grill, and the family room. Our kids enjoyed playing out in the turf area as well. The speaker system around the house was an added bonus, and is another example about how this house was designed with every detail in mind.The checkout directions were very clear as well and probably one of the more least work intensive that I have encountered. The check-in and check-out times were also generous.Overall--this was one of my favorite houses to stay in, if not the best. I would stay here again, and encourage anyone who is planning a family reunion to experience the Amber House.

Very well-appointed home and a wonderful stay for our large group. We spend our wedding week at the Amber House, 11 people staying at the house, and a larger group for our reception dinner. The house just worked for our group, we all had enough space to be together, and space to separate as needed. Michelle and Steve were both very helpful with communication and a handful of things we needed some help with.
