About this apartment rental
On the wooded grounds of a 50-hectare natural park on the Grado Lagoon: holiday resort for the whole family. Young and old can refresh themselves in the 300 square meter pool, with the water slide providing the fun factor. If you prefer to swim in the lagoon, you can easily reach the lagoon's flat sandy beach via a pedestrian crossing. The accommodation types A-E (1-5) are near the reception, type F-H (6-8) are near the beach. The holiday complex borders directly on the gently sloping sandy beach and is only five kilometers from Grado's old town. You can easily reach the lagoon city by car via a causeway. In the beautiful pedestrian zone you will find countless shops, restaurants and bars that provide a lot of variety. The following applies to the system: - 185 residential units - Reception - Restaurant - Pizzeria - Supermarket - Bar - Washing machine (for a fee) - Tumble dryer (for a fee) - Animation (seasonal, July and August) Activities nearby: A well-signposted cycle path runs directly past the complex, so you can explore your surroundings from a different perspective at a slower pace. Nearby is the famous archaeological site of Aquileia, which you should definitely visit. The place was one of the most important cities of the Roman Empire and is one of the largest archaeological sites in Italy. Amateur ornithologists get their money's worth in the Valle Cavanata and Foci dell'Isonzo nature reserves. A day trip to nearby Venice is also possible; it's best to take the train there; You can reach the lagoon city in about an hour and a half and have no parking problems. Other destinations for day trips are Trieste, Udine, Pordenone, Cividale and Gorizia

Clean and well-equipped apartment, It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, The location near the lagoon was great for swimming, and we even took a lovely bike ride along the cycle paths nearby

Simply put, we loved it here! The bungalow was clean and comfortable, and the surrounding nature was breathtaking, We took a day trip to Venice, which was easy to do from here, Highly recommend!
