Cute feel to the accomodation well looked after was very clean.
Host was very quick to respond.
Shower water pressure was lacking and not overly hot

ロケーションについては、駅からも徒歩圏内で中心地も近く、観光に最高でした。
特に施設の隣にあるピザ屋は最高でした！
冬の季節でしたが、各部屋にエアコン、洗面所にはヒーターが備え付けられている他、暖かい毛布も寝具と別で用意されているのでとても暖かかったです。また、2階の窓から見えるモデナの街並みは素晴らしかったです！

Great location. Fantastic character with lovely views across to the Ghirlandina Tower. Very well appointed apartment that makes for a very relaxing stay. Very clear and detailed information from the host with some excellent restaurant recommendations. Highly recommended.
Internal spiral stairs are narrow.
