Unique penthouse near city center and Park

Spațios si modern si curat Bucătăria si băile foarte curate Dormitorul curat cu un pat in care ar putea dormi chiar 3 persoane. Clădirea este veche dar renovată placut In apropiere se află un parc foarte frumos si o piateta cu terase si cafenele.

Canapeaua si fotoliile din living au tapițerie uzată si cam murdară. Posibil ca ar fi nevoie de huse care se pot schimba si intretine ușor. Dar in schimb este un pat pliabil in care o persoană poate dormi foarte lejer.

The appartement was located on the 2nd floor of a fresh renovated building and fortunately facing the backyard, away from the railroad and most important, away from the sun. The rooms are really spacy and modern furnished. The internet connection was easy and always fast. I loved to have a full size fridge in the kitchen and shopping opportunities are close by. This would definitely be my choice again.

Parking is available next to the appartement, but requires coins (10€ day passes only), alternativ would be at the train station, with some more walking efforts. The 2nd floor war verry nice but requires good physical conditions, to manage the steep stairs, especially with luggage.
