This was my fourth time here, and I hope to return.
The apartment is excellent. The building is also safe, has an elevator, gym, and laundry. I requested an extra seat at the living room table and extra pillows, and I was attended to quickly. I recommend the apartments, and I hope to return next time. There are several apartment options, and each one has specific characteristics, and all are very good.
At check-in, I couldn't enter because they didn't send me the app to open the door. I had a friend on the same street and I had to sleep there because the company didn't answer me, and we only resolved this problem the next day. The insurance I paid was added to my credit card bill. I had to pay it and I also paid IOF (Brazilian tax on financial transactions) because my credit card is from Brazil. After a few attempts, only the insurance amount was reimbursed.
The sofa bed needs improvement; it's uncomfortable to sleep on for 30 nights.

Everything is fine with the studio itself.
The building's elevator has been out of order for a month, and there seems to be no hope of repair. Considering the laundry room is located on the ground floor, it's extremely tiring to walk from the upper floors down and back several times a day. Carrying heavy bags up is equally tiring.
Unfortunately, everyone in the building is a short-term tenant, so sometimes you have bad luck with your neighbors.
