The hotel is managed by Manuela and it's easy to see that she is the soul of the hotel. My sister had had an accident and Manuela went above and beyond to take care of her. Manuela is simply a fabulous person.The hotel itself is fabulously situated, beautifully interior designed and the perfect base for hiking in and around Fusio. Breakfast: fantastic, food (if you opt to eat there): superb. A little gem nestled in a picture perfect high altitude village.

Sehr modernes, renoviertes Zimmer. Schöne Möbel. Modernes Badezimmer mit flacher Dusche.
Gratis-Parkplatz nahe.
Frühstück in Ordnung (basic).
Uns wurde nicht gesagt, dass die Heizung in unserem Zimmer kaputt war. Erst als wir es telefonisch moniert hatten. Es gab keine Rückerstattung und nicht mal eine Entschuldigung. Ein Mini-Heizer gab es nicht, nur zusätzliche Decken (draussen war es 9 Grad Celsius).
Der Empfang war nicht sehr freundlich (kein Lächeln, nur die Formalitäten).
Der Abschied war genau gleich unterkühlt.
Schade um das ansonsten sehr schöne Hotel. An der Gastfreundschaft müsste man noch arbeiten.
Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher (für Tee/Kaffee) im Zimmer.
Es gibt keinen Fernseher im Zimmer.
