La cercanía con el centro. Tuvimos un problema con una ventana y con la cafetera y al día siguiente lo solucionaron de momento.
Lo que se veía a simple vista estaba limpio, pero como se te ocurra mover un sofá o una cama ahí no se ha barrido desde hace años.
Los sofás están asquerosos de manchas pero los cubren con una funda para que no se vean.
El sofá cama del salón no es para dormir. Ahí no hay quien duerma. En nuestro caso eran 2 niñas pequeñas las que hicieron uso y se clavaban todos los hierros y se hundían. No es un sitio seguro ni propicio para dormir, te lo venden como para 8 personas pero es para 6 ya que lo del sofá cama no es para dormir.

Die Lage war super. Schöne Wohnung, es gab zwei Bäder. Die Terrasse war sehr schön.
Die Ausstattung in der Küche war etwas spärlich. Als Beispiel, die Pfanne und die Töpfe könnten mal ausgetauscht werden.

The house was ideal for 3 of us, clean, modern and in a good area.
There was no information on the house, we didn't know if we should divide up the rubbish. There wasn't a tea towel to dry dishes.

Le logement est très spacieux et offre un beau potentiel. Le petit salon de jardin est appréciable.
La situation géographique est également un plus.
Les capsules de café à l’arrivée sont une gentille attention .
Dommage que le logement ne soit mieux entretenu
