1.Closed safe parking area, lot of facilities around, value for money
2. Check out at noon so if you are on a road trip need to stop to recover it's really a good choice
3. A special thanks to the Security who helped us, as the self checking machine didn't work, it was late at night reception was closed, so had to get help from an operator over the phone.
However while explaining the screen froze, which wouldn't let me to proceed, operator over the phone keep telling me to listen, and put only my name not surname, I'm glad Security intervene and told operator that the problem was that the screen was frozenze, the guy then reset everything.
I'm so happy security was very kind and help us as we were with the kids and wanted to check in, have a good rest after a long drive

Also better have your phone with you as code for room and room number is send on your phone, it does appear on the check in screen but disappear very quick, so take a picture too
Normally you should get a ticket but it didn't work may be out of paper
Overall I would say nice for family
1.Self checking machine at the entrance was a nightmare as screen keep on freezing
It's stressful if it's late at night also phone operator seem not understanding what's was going on
2. 9a.m a big bang on the door, when I woke up to see who was there, it's the room cleaners baging on door to see if the room is occupied, if we are coming to rest for a Stopover it's not nice

The room was quite enough for a small family. The location was also good, and we can get a bus in a 4-minute walk for lille City. The ladies at the receptions were quite good and helpful.
1)Breakfast can be better , add few more things like boiled egg, deserts and salads.
2) The room was not properly insulated, you can hear noise in the night and you will feel hot during summer. They must add a AC or a fan in the room.
