Gorgeous location overlooking the sea above Manarola. We chose to stay here because we had a car and it was easy to take the bus down to Manarola. The apartment is well equipped and so peaceful (the apartment above was empty). Super easy access to the hIke from Volastra to Corniglia Great sunrises and sunsets!
Communication with the host was difficult before arriving because he uses a 3rd party service. We had to change the dates of our booking and it took weeks to resolve. At times I didn't know if I was communicating with the owner, the rental company, or Booking.com. Luckily it was resolved and the host was there when we arrived and very attentive.

Francesco was an exceptional host who answered all of our questions in a prompt manner. The property overlooks the ocean and is peaceful and fully equipped. The beds are very comfortable! The property is near a shuttle stop that takes you to Manarola where trains are easily accessed. The town of Volastra has two wonderful restaurants and a bodega for groceries.
